Andrea Merrill is Vice President of Marketing at New Western, where she leads the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy, driving growth and ensuring alignment with company goals. Andrea has spearheaded several programs focused on enhancing agents’ effectiveness and improving customer and agent satisfaction.
Before joining New Western, Andrea founded the digital arm of an agency, managing campaigns for over 20 clients, from small businesses to global enterprises. She specializes in branding, user behavior analysis, conversion optimization, and multi-channel advertising campaigns.
Andrea is passionate about the future of real estate investing and making it more accessible and efficient. She is inspired by the impact New Western’s work has on providing affordable housing solutions and empowering investors to improve their lives.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys being outdoors, camping, boating, and tending to her beehives as a novice beekeeper. She also loves artsy hobbies, including sewing, needlepoint, pyrography, and woodworking. For a thrill, she’s jumped out of a plane more than once. Above all, she treasures time with her husband, kids, and their two mischievous dogs, Bonnie and Clyde.
